Recently on Instagram, I have been posting on IG Stories a song of the day. I have explained that it's usually a song that I'm listening to on repeat that day or my current obsession, but I wanted to expand on this intricate part of my life and do an episode on my podcast about my relationship with music.

I would like to say yes. It helps to express our emotions and encourages us to dance and allow us to feel our emotions. Sometimes we cry to certain songs or laugh, and most time sing along with friends.
