Name one thing that your body does for you daily that you take for granted
Name one thing that you do for yourself that brings you joy
Name one thing in your space that helps you to feel grounded
Name one thing that you experienced this week that made you smile
Name a friend that you feel comfortable around
Name a place that you explored recently
Name one thing in nature that you enjoy
