Farewell 2018

I’m sitting in a basement covered in dog hair listening to my “Sunday morning” playlist on

Spotify here in Colorado Springs, CO.

Today is the last day of 2018 and how do I feel about that?

This is an opportunity for a new adventure, no... a continued adventure. I am not looking for the “new year, new me” motto in 2019. I am looking to remain happy. Although it has been a tough year, I am happy with my decisions that were made.

You have grown so much.

You spoke your mind this year.

You were raw and vulnerable, continue this.

You are exactly where you need to be with the people best for you.

Breathe you are doing well.

For 2019, I have created a plethora of lists to help guide me. List of things I want to do before I am 21, goals I want to achieve for myself and with others, exploring different ways to budget better, and weird tasks to get me out of my comfort zone.

You are redefining yourself.

You are evolving.

You are the person you want to be.

Breath you are going to do great.

If you are wondering my intentions for this year, it is to be bold and fearless, to accept what is rightfully mine, to not second guess myself, to BELIEVE in myself.

I believe in you.
