You can decide you want to be more for yourself any day of the year. You don't have to wait for next year, next month, or tomorrow.
How do you want to feel?
Once you decide to shift your mindset, the next step is to be aware of how you feel. Let's get to the root of what you want. If you set a goal without knowing the desired outcome, you will forever be chasing something that might not be right for you.
Do you want to feel energized to take on the day?
Do you want to feel comfortable in your body?
Do you want to feel adventurous?
Do you want to feel safe and secure?
The root of what you want is attached to a feeling. Identify how you want to feel and imagine all the possible ways that you can embody this feeling. The goal should be to focus on feeling good, which allows you to be flexible in taking inspired action as you respond to your body.
