I shared my 2021 Manifesto in this week's podcast episode. I have created space for you to make affirmations.
Who will you be?
Using I or I am statements to start an affirmation can help you merge who you are becoming into the present moment.
Now is an opportunity to create affirmations for the year that will help you lean into the places that you have been too afraid to before.
Although I don't read these affirmations daily, I know how it makes me feel. I make sure that I take action based on these feelings. I have images and words all around me that help remind my subconscious of who I will embody this year.
Why I Write an Annual Manifesto?
A manifesto is bigger than affirmations. An affirmation is a tool to remind yourself of your power, while a manifesto is an invitation to embody more than what you currently are.
A manifesto is defined (by Google) as a public declaration of aim.
What are you aiming to become?
The 2021 Manifesto is your invitation to lean into who you desire to be during this year. Even when 2021 is over, you can still use this manifesto as your daily invitation to continue to evolve into who you desire to be.
2021 Manifesto
I choose to exist in all my truth.
To be open to all that happens this year.
I will breathe into the places that I have been too afraid to before.
I will continue to learn and grow with myself.
As I rest,
As I move,
As I exist,
As I live as I have always wanted to.
I am becoming who I desire to be.
I will integrate all that I am into this moment.
I am the embodiment of the universe.
I am powerful and whole.
And I must show up in my truth today and every day for the rest of the year.

Notice that this is an interactive episode. During interactive episodes, you will have time to reflect, meditate, and journal for 3 minutes. We encourage that you take all the time you need because you deserve to slow down and connect with yourself.
